Sheetah et les Weissmüller (French Psychedelic 60's Beat)
Sheetah et les Weissmüller is a french psychedelic pop'n'roll band. Thier
sound is full of 12 strings and fuzz guitars, Farfisa organ, tambourines,
screams and backing vocals. They started 10 years ago and played with the
Fleshtones, Fuzztones, Playboys, Bell-Rays, Terribles, Vigon and many more.
Their first album « Hola Yé-Yeah » was a garage smash, and very soon their
next « Evolution Française » effort will invade your freaks'ears to turn
you on. Working Voodoo Club (Raw & Nasty Rhythm 'n Blues) you can find Working Voodoo Club between the vaults of forgotten record stores, or sweating on filthy clubs dancefloors, where only forgotten old afroamerican music is played. Their home is between analog tape machines, electric string instruments and brass, catching the hypnotic blues and rhythmic grooves... |
